All Seamless Shapers, (SKIN, Bond, High Waist & Full Torso Thong & Brief Panties, Brown Sugar & Leggings) are Exchange or Store Credit Applicable Only. We require that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns that show signs of wear, altered shape or form, try on or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESSING

Once your exchange/return is accepted, refunds will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Exchanges will go out within 2-5 business days of us receiving the order.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking and or cleaning fee if garment is returned in an unsellable condition.
